St. Mary’s Cathedral, popularly known as “Mother of Good Health” in the vernacular “Arockiya Matha,” is located in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India. It is not only one of the oldest churches in Tamil Nadu, but it has also served as the “Mother Church” of five dioceses that have split off from its jurisdiction during its 175-year existence.
